Hawai'i ~ February 2008 : In February 2008 I took a 5 day trip to Hawai'i with a couple colleagues to attend a conference. I had never been, so Frank and Adam were nice enough to show me around the island, and patient enough to let me take a ton of pictures. Thanks, Bros! These photos cover a trek to the top of Diamond Head, a trip to the North Shore where I stood on the lava rocks for two hours taking pictures of the surfers, a climb to Manoa Falls, and a walk down Waikiki Beach...with a few sunsets thrown in here and there. I hope you enjoy.

Victoria, Vancouver and Neah Bay ~ March 2007 : Three days in the far northwest, a trip to Vancouver Island, staying in Victoria, with a trip to Vancouver, B.C., then Neah Bay, Washington on the most northwest point of the United States(barring Alaska that is), gave many opportunities for great pictures. I took about 2000 pictures those 3 days, here is a small sampling of them. Starting with the ferry ride from Port Angeles, WA to Victoria, Vancouver Island, B.C. Enjoy~

Victoria, Vancouver and Neah Bay ~ March 2007

Port Townsend and Discovery Bay ~ March 2007 : It took some time, but I managed to get another crop of photos processed from our trip.

The next two days of our Northwest Trip were spent in Port Townsend and Discovery Bay, on the Washington peninsula, with a few stops here and there. We took the Ferry across, worked through the rain, and found a very beautiful place to enjoy.

Seattle ~ March 2007 : In March 2007 we took an 8 day vacation to the great Northwest, starting with 2 days in Seattle. Our trip started off dark in Jacksonville at 5am, then went to grey with fog in Cincinnati, finishing with rain in Seattle. With this in mind, I decided to do most of the pictures in Black and White to accurately depict the mood of life around us~ We'll add new galleries every couple of days showing other portions of our trip to include our travels to Discovery Bay, Port Townsend, Victoria and Vancouver in Canada, Neah Bay and Cape Flattery.
